Fitness & Plant Based Lifestyle

First thing I would like to mention is that I am NOT a personal trainer. This page is to show how I manage to squeeze in physical activity every day into my busy schedule. My goal for this page is to inspire everyone to try new things until they find their favorite activities to become more physically active. (A good starting goal is at least 150 minutes a week!)

I will be sharing here with you some of my gym workouts, my successes and failures, some awesome pictures of my hikes that I love to go on, and also my progress as I work toward my goal of running a half marathon at the end of this year! Working out should be fun and rewarding, not a chore. I hope everyone will be able to find their form of physical activity that they enjoy to become a healthier you.
